Mendocino Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) package smoked chicken breast, skin removed, cubed 1 cup seedless grapes, halved 1/2 cup diced red onion 3 stalks celery, diced 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips 1 cup blanched slivered almonds 3/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the smoked chicken, grapes, red onion, celery, basil, almonds, and mayonnaise. Mix well; chill and serve.
